Timothy A. Dunning, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Tim is a licensed attorney admitted to the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations. Based in Cumberland, Maryland, he practices in the areas of family, criminal, employment, real estate, healthcare, and appellate law, as well as personal injury matters and complex civil litigation.
Tim is committed to providing clear, straightforward guidance and strong representation when his clients need it most. He has built a broad foundation of legal experience through his work with respected firms, including Noonan Willetts Attorneys at Law, Fradkin & Weber, P.A., Hanley & Grason, LLC, and the Maryland Office of the Public Defender. This experience allows him to approach each case with practical insight and strong understanding of local courts and procedures. Tim is a lawyer who works with Maryland clients in Garrett County, Allegany Country, and Washington Country. He also works with West Virgina clients in Morgantown and surrounding area.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Tim was employed as a Financial Analyst in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2017, his Master of Business Administration from Loyal University of Maryland in 2014, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2009.
Chris Sinelli, Esq.

Chris serves as Of Counsel to Dunning Law, LLC, and is a licensed attorney admitted to the Maryland Bar Association. She focuses in areas of complex business, employment, and civil litigations matters. Drawing from decades of a unique combination of legal insight and high-level executive leadership in operations, finance, engineering management, contract negotiations, and business strategy, she brings clients a practical, results-driven perspective grounded in real-world leadership, problem solving, and high-stakes decision making. Chris earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, an MSEE from University of Michigan and an MBA From Harvard University.
